My recent stay at H2O Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nestled in a prime location, this hotel is a true gem that offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. The first thing that struck me about H2O Hotel was its stunning architecture and design. The hotel's modern aesthetic is complemented by thoughtful touches that create a serene and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a special experience. The rooms at H2O Hotel are nothing short of spectacular. The service at H2O Hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.Overall, H2O Hotel exceeded our (wife and I) expectations in every way. It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. I can't wait to return and experience the hospitality of H2O Hotel once again. If you want the most relaxing hotel in Key West, stay here. It's adults only, 25+ but it is some of the best money we've spent on a hotel anywhere we've been. And you need to splurge for the rooms with their own individual plunge pool. But don't worry, the rooftop pool and bar is fantastic. The location is excellent, a block north of the south end of Duval so it's very quiet but makes for easy access around the island. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the bed and pillows are amazing.Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are staying here now and this boutique (adult only) hotel is simply fabulous. Unfortunately, we could not get a pool room but hopefully next time. The rooms all appear to be the same, the only difference is a pool on the first floor and balconies(large) on the second floor. The rooftop pool ( heated) is very relaxing. Beds are comfortable but the pillows are in need of replacement. Glass shower is large and fit for 2. Bathroom has a double sink which is so necessary for couples! Fridge, ice maker, additional sink and coffee all in main room. Two TVs, one in front of bed and one in front of couch and desk. There is a safe for valuables and clothes steamer in closet. We feel very much at home here and very happy with our stay. The front desk is professionally run and they have all been so kind. I do feel all the extra touches, like complimentary drinks, muffins and ice cream bars put this place in category all its own.Beautiful hotel ! We got the room with the private and pool and it was beautiful and amazing! The pool is heated which is kind of a downfall because it’s INSANELY hot in Key West so the water doesn’t need to be hot. The staff was wonderful (we did get attitude from one lady on our last night because we locked ourselves out) otherwise everyone we encountered was lovely. Really enjoyed my stay here!Had an amazing stay at the H2O Suites in Key West! We decided to stay in a room with a private pool (not the plunge, but the private actual pool) and it was lovely and private. We had a corner unit and had it all to ourselves. The room was very spacious and we also had a front patio with a swing bench which was really chill.Staff was fantastic and the location was just perfect. Check-in and check-out was very efficient and easy. CVS was walking distance and great places to eat were a block or 2 away. Bike and scooter rentals are right behind the hotel too!I would DEFINITELY stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and private getaway!

Everything was nice. Location was most memorable. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats, and the bridge was enjoyable. Walking distance to the historic district was really nice to not worry about driving during our stay. Jessica was quite friendly and helpful with finding a good place to eat on the night of our arrival.
Wow ! These folks do a great job making sure you you have everything needed and are the most positive people I have been around in a long time. The service from house keeping, to front desk, to the great people in the on site restaurant went over and above to make us happy. Rooms where clean, views where great, and onsite parking a plus. We loved the included cook to order breakfast ever morning for the 5 days we stayed. Highly recommend staying here while visiting St Augustine as we where able to walk to most everything .
Very nice motel located at the base of the Lion Bridge. It’s about a 1/4 mile walk across the bridge to get to the downtown area. The staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good but we did have to wait 20 minutes for an empty table. The walls between the rooms are not very soundproof so if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue.
The rooms are overall pretty nice. Loved the waterside view and chairs outside to sit an watch the boats and birds. Fairly well maintained and kept location overall. Room was clean. Cluld use a few cleanup paint repairs, and the AC unit was a bit challenging to use but it does cool. Breakfast was a good experience. Only a couple choices but the servers were great and food was better than expected. Breakfast was only served till 9:30a. Would appreciate it running later till 10:30a or later. The evening social had some good food options. Enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
Very friendly staff.Nice view on the harbour and bridge.Breakfast has good quality including fruits. They provide fresh towels and water (and maybe room service on request I can imagine, we did not ask tough), which is very fair and reasonable in Florida for the price of the room. Beats all other places in Florida in comparison in that area. Was clean!A/C was NOT annoying, also something you don't get everywhere.
